WePacks.com ships from our warehouse in Sacramento, California.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding weekends and national holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day.

We use OnTrac, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The shipping carrier, cost, and delivery time may vary based on the item, package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Some products qualify for free shipping. Heavy, oversized, and bulk items may require a shipping fee calculated by delivery location, package weight, and package size.

Due to carrier limitations and package-size restrictions, not all products can be shipped to all states or locations.

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
