Shipping

What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders using OnTrac, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier may vary depending on your location, package size, and delivery availability.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Delivery time may vary by carrier and location, but many domestic orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipping.

Do you ship to all locations?
We do not ship to all locations. Some addresses may not be eligible for delivery depending on carrier service availability. If your address is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that location.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses?
Some orders may be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses through USPS only.


Order Tracking

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use the tracking link to check the latest delivery updates from the carrier.

My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. Please check again later. If there is no update after a few business days, contact us at order@wepacks.com.


Delivery

What should I do if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
Please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier first for delivery details. You may also contact us at order@wepacks.com for assistance.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or carrier issue, please contact us so we can review the order and help with the next steps.


Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
To request a return, email us at order@wepacks.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at order@wepacks.com so we can help resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
